Continuing Medical Education

Target Audience

This activity is intended for all practitioners including Neurointerventionalists, Interventional Neurologists, Interventional Neuroradiologists, Endovascular Neurosurgeons, Vascular Neurologists, Neurointensivists, Critical Care Physicians, Hospital Administrators, EMS leaders, ICU leaders, interventional lab leaders, nurses, physician assistants, and other related neurological or endovascular practitioners who care for a significant percent of their patients with cerebrovascular disease.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify clinical pathways to improve accuracy of stroke diagnosis and time to treatment.
  • Discuss the future of Interventional Neurology and national/international barriers to stroke treatment.
  • Explain hot topics in treatment protocols for interventional neurology.

Physicians

CineMed designates this activity (live and enduring) for a maximum of 48 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses

This educational activity is approved for 48 contact hours for nurses.
