Mission Thrombectomy logo

Mission Thrombectomy: Global Access for Stroke Treatment's mission is to accelerate global access for stroke treatment and care globally and increase public awareness of stroke symptoms. Mechanical Thrombectomy is an extremely effective standard-of-care procedure for large vessel occlusions or strokes caused by a blockage in the brain.

This intervention can prevent, and in many cases reverse, the terrible effects of this type of stroke in over 60% of patients if done by experts within 6-24 hours of stroke symptoms. However, as of today, less than 3% of stroke victims across the globe have access to this life saving treatment.
