The SVIN 2024 Annual Meeting is a great place to network and reunite with friends and colleagues and make the most of your time in San Diego. We understand the desire to host affiliate meetings during the conference but would like to be mindful of conference hours.

The hotel will only approve meetings in these time frames and will provide availability based on your request. Availability is not guaranteed and is up to the hotel’s discretion.

Note:

• No functions can be scheduled in direct conflict with the CME Program or any official social function for the 2024 SVIN Annual Meeting.
• Approved times are subject to change.
• Expenses for audio visual service and equipment as well as food and beverage service will be the responsibility of the individual group, and billing arrangements will need to be established directly with the service providers.
